What information we collect

If you send a booking request, we collect your name, phone, optional email, requested service, preferred date/time and notes so the salon can follow up. A pseudonymous source hash is used to reduce spam.

Use, retention & access

Booking details are used for appointment coordination and are accessible only to authorised administrators. Contact the salon to request access, correction or deletion. The owner should review retention periods regularly.

Messages & cookies

Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment. This version uses an essential session cookie for security and has no advertising or analytics tracking scripts installed.

Google Maps

If a salon enables an embedded Google map, your browser may request map resources directly from Google when the map comes into view. Google processes those requests under its own policies. You can also use the directions link instead of the embedded map.

Privacy contact

Contact the salons via the official contact links. The owner should add a dedicated privacy contact before publicly accepting bookings.
